On July 16 I turn 50. My biggest life learning so far is that truly loving myself enables me to best love others. Self care is paramount! I love my two sons more than anything. To be the best father I can be I must love and care for me.
I have been training to achieve two personal goals, in honor of my sons and as my birthday gift to myself. On July 4 I will run a half marathon. On July 16 I will run a marathon. I won't be fast but I will have fun achieving my goals while listening to loud music! And along the way I want to raise awareness and support for Emerald School of Excellence.
